people with disabilities and their carers.
All personal information including sensitive information collected by TADNSW is collected
in accordance with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act
1988 as amended 2000.
This information will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third party without your consent.
The information collected by TADNSW is for the purposes of processing your enquiry, request,
registration, donation and/or for promotional purposes. TADNSW discloses personal and
sensitive information to the TADNSW volunteer/employee involved in the provision of the service
you have requested. If you are giving personal information about another person, e.g.
next of kin, you should seek their permission beforehand and advise why you are disclosing
their details to TADNSW
Permission to the use of photographs on this website has been granted exclusively to
TADNSW. You may not copy, link to or use such photographs in any way. Doing so is a violation of
the privacy of the individual depicted on the photograph.
The personal information held by TADNSW can be accessed by that person upon request. You can
