| TADNSW CEO Joy Barrett accepts a cheque for $30,000 from Rotary Club of Narellan. |
The Rotary Club of Narellan continued their generous support for a second year, presenting TAD with a cheque for $30,000 at their Annual Charity Ball.
The Rotary Club gives away thousands of dollars each year to a number of deserving charities and TAD remains grateful for their support.
The association began when their members saw the segment on A Current Affair about TAD’s modified bikes and they were quick to offer their support. Their donation is a boost to TAD who continues to offer a number of important services to people with a disability.
The Charity Ball was held at Liverpool’s Roma Function Centre and attracted a couple hundred people for an evening of great food, wine and dancing.
TAD CEO Joy Barrett accepted the cheque on the evening.
“TAD tries to make the lives of someone living with a disability just a little bit easier and this money will help us continue to do that. Each year we depend on the support of groups like Narellan Rotary to help us deliver our services of custom designed aids, refurbished loan computers and our popular modified bikes service for children,” Joy Barrett said.
