Golf Day 2006

North Ryde Community Bank - Bendigo Bank sent a team led by Branch Manager Lisa Holder.

A full field of 120 golfers under the threat of a grey sky, faced the challenge of the championship par 72 Macquarie Links golf course. The rain held off, and the players enjoyed the manicured fairways and greens that had been freshened by the last week of rain.

Local supporters included, Lisa Holder and her team from North Ryde Community Bank, Putney resident John Ballesty representing Canterbury Bulldogs, and a team from the Royal Rehabilitation Centre led by CEO Peter Williamson and Chairman Clive Austin.

Guest speaker at the lunch was TAD volunteer, Bill Jenkins. In thanking the golf teams for their contribution, Bill Jenkins said “It gives me great satisfaction that with your support I am able to do a good job and help people”.
